Therefore it is known that those Canadians who legally smoke marijuana, work in the legal industry of marijuana and likewise invest in legal companies of Canadian marijuana, consequently will be banned for life to enter the United States.

The US official also expressed that Canadians will not be reviewed one by one to know their use regarding marijuana, unless at the time when officers are asking about something else and likewise bring them to that issue. I will start questioning them about the same thing or whether a smell comes from the car corresponding to it or if a dog detects marijuana residues.

Similarly, the executive assistant commissioner for the field operations office, Todd Owen, said, “We do not recognize that as a legal business.”

Although it has been suggested that the prime minister do something about it, reaching an agreement with EE. UU To at least guarantees the entry of investors and workers, Justin Trudeau said on Tuesday he does not believe he has the right to pressure the United States on its admission policy.

“All countries have the right to judge who arrives at their borders or not, I would not dare to say that no other country tells me how or to whom we can enter Canada, and I certainly will not work to assume or impress the US. Who do they have to let in or not, “he added,” But there’s no doubt that we’re working with US officials, they’ve legalized marijuana in several of their states, and we’re trying to ensure that travel between our two countries (not) are interrupted. ”
