It is not your title that makes you a leader. It is your influence, inspiration and initiative. Agree ?
Many people sometimes consider that to be a leader they must take as their own a certain behavior that is really not to their liking being that it bothers them at times besides that they are not themselves in their totality. In such a way, a leader is not the one who takes this title before others. A leader is one who earns to be named in such a way because of his influence, inspiration, and initiative.
Virtues of a leader
It is necessary to emphasize that a true leader is not named. In fact, people become leaders when they win and obtain different virtues such as:
- Influence and inspiration.
It is necessary to establish that leaders do not tell people what to do. Being that that is what the bosses do. In the same way, leaders do not act from a position of authority or title, in fact, they lead by influence, inspiration and a personal example.
